The 2009 Integrated Safety Management Summit will be held at the Knoxville Convention Center from August 24-27, 2009 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Last year's conference had over 600 ES&H professionals from Department of Energy sites across the United States, all looking for the latest in ES&H products, technologies, and services. This year's event promises to be even larger!

As a vendor/exhibitor, your audience will reach beyond the attendees, to their management and sites across the U.S., as they take news of your products back to their workplaces. Whether you sell safety and health supplies, professional/technical services, or advanced technologies, your market exposure will be exponentially enhanced over a local or regional ES&H conference. Exhibit Space Rates

Each exhibitor space is 10 ft. by 10 ft., with an 8 foot bunting-covered table and two chairs included. It also includes all associated meals and snacks, and passes for 2 people to the entire event. The exhibition hall will be open to Summit attendees all day on Wednesday, August 26 and Thursday, August 27, with Receptions in the Exhibit Hall from 5-6 p.m. on both days. Your set-up day will be Tuesday, August 25.

• $650 per booth space if reserved by July 1, 2009
• $725 per booth space if reserved between July 2 and July 24, 2009
• $800 per booth for all exhibitors registering after July 24, 2009

Note: Electrical power feeds are available for exhibitor booths at the rate of $50 per 5 amps, sold in multiples of 5 amps up to needed ampacity. All electrical needs should be specified at the time of exhibit space reservation in order to accommodate demand.
